The apartment has a bright living room with a high-quality sofa bed providing comfortable bedding, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto a terrace, with a dining place and a partial sea view. A bedroom with a double bed, storage space opening onto a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and plenty of storage complete this apartment; the toilet is separate.

Ideal for family vacations, with friends, or for business trips!  

A parking space is available in the residence upon request for an additional fee.

Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 9 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€.
Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability).
Linen is included in the cleaning price
