Charming apartment in the center of Cannes, near Boulevard Carnot. This apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the famous Rue d'Antibes, and its beaches and shops. It comes with an underground parking space. The apartment consists of one bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed with a mattress in the living room with air conditioning, and two terraces that provide plenty of light and make breakfast outdoors enjoyable. There is also a separate, fully equipped kitchen. It’s ideal for family vacations or business trips, accommodating up to 4 people Check-in is from 3 pm onwards, late arrivals (from 9 pm to midnight) will be charged 50€. Check-out is from 8 am to 11 am, departures before 8 am will be charged 50€, and after 11 am (subject to availability). Linen is included in the cleaning price City tax is €5.36 per person per night
